We are now in the City of London
We have moved 500 metres, out of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and into the City of London. On account of multiple issues with Royal Mail (see the article below) we believe that there is a better chance of the Mount Pleasant Sorting Office delivering our mail, when compared to the Whitechapel Sorting Office.

More lost mail than ever before
Last October, we reported that Royal Mail was not delivering. We have had more of the same in April and May 2010 and we need to take serious steps to combat the problem.
In particular, we submitted 7 VAT registration forms recently and we know that only 1 response has been delivered. We have established from phone calls to the VAT Unit that “more information” letters have been sent in the other 6 cases, but …

The prepaid envelope has a hopeless address
We send correspondence to the Revenue and the VAT office by Special Delivery. Even when we do that, Royal Mail can still sometimes fail to deliver as per our earlier report!
